Summary

Ultrasonography (USG)-guided epidural steroid injections (ESIs) offer comparable pain relief and functional improvement for radiculopathy compared to fluoroscopy (FL)-guided ESIs. USG guidance also demonstrates a reduced risk of vascular puncture and shorter procedure times.
