Summary

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) with targeted biopsy (TBx) is as effective as systematic biopsy (SBx) for detecting prostate cancer (PC). Two-year follow-up showed no difference in clinically significant PC diagnosis rates between MRI and SBx groups.
