Stylet-driven leads (SDLs) with a deflectable mapping catheter offer a safe and feasible approach for conduction system pacing (CSP). While His bundle pacing (HBP) was attempted, left bundle branch area pacing (LBBaP) was often required, sometimes needing a manual septal curve.
