Accurate dosimetry for lutetium-177 radiopharmaceutical therapy (177Lu-RPT) is achievable with StarGuide™ SPECT/CT imaging. Both OSEM and BSREM reconstruction algorithms offer comparable performance, with careful parameter selection crucial for optimal results in patient dosimetry.
