Attack estimation and state reconstruction for cyber-physical systems with state delay via reduced-order observer

This study presents a new method for estimating cyber-physical system states and simultaneous sensor/actuator attacks, even with time delays. The approach accurately reconstructs system states and identifies attacks, reducing prior method conservativeness.
