Summary

Robot-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (RATS) for cardiac sympathetic denervation (CSD) shows similar effectiveness to video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) in reducing ventricular tachycardia (VT) recurrence. RATS offers improved perioperative outcomes, making it a promising option for malignant arrhythmias.
