Summary

Heavy T2-weighted cisternography and 3D TOF MRA on 3-Tesla MRI improve the identification of neurovascular conflict (NVC) in hemifacial spasm (HFS). This combined imaging approach enhances detection of offending vessels near the facial nerve's brainstem exit.
