Water Quality Assessment and Decolourisation of Contaminated Ex-Mining Lake Water Using Bioreactor Dye-Eating Fungus

This study shows that the Malaysian fungus Ganoderma lucidum effectively decolorizes contaminated ex-mining lake water. This fungus offers a sustainable solution for treating polluted water bodies, improving water quality index.
