Summary

Peripheral blood markers like neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and systemic immune-inflammation index (SII) are elevated in malignant glioma (MG) patients. Platelet secretome (SPt) from MG patients promotes cell proliferation, but this effect is reduced by anti-TGF-β1 antibodies.
