Pre-surgery blood cell ratios like neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and systemic immune-inflammation index (SII) may predict survival outcomes in malignant glioma (MG) patients. Lower NLR and SII values are associated with better relapse-free survival in recurrent gliomas.
