Resorb-X plate (RXP) sellar reconstruction after endoscopic endonasal transsphenoidal surgery (EETS) for pituitary adenoma is safe and effective. This method shows low rates of cerebrospinal fluid leak and meningitis, potentially replacing autologous grafts.
