Lower limb coronal malalignment correction by percutaneous osteotomy and schanz screws fixation

This study found that percutaneous low-energy osteotomy with Shanz screws is a safe and effective treatment for pediatric genu varum (bowleg) in children under 7. The procedure showed significant radiographic improvement and successful clinical correction with minimal complications.
