Embryos derived from single pronucleus are suitable for preimplantation genetic testing

Embryos from single pronuclei (1PN) show lower development and PGT-M success than two pronuclei (2PN) embryos. However, 1PN embryos can still yield successful pregnancies and live births with PGT-M, improving overall rates.

- Applying PGT-M to 1PN embryos is recommended to enhance cumulative clinical pregnancy and live birth rates in IVF treatments.
