Case Report: Ovarian fibroma: typical presentation with Meigs's Syndrome

• Imaging studies confirmed right-sided pleural effusion, significant ascites, and a large right ovarian cyst.

Findings:

• Diagnostic workup included chest X-ray, abdominal/pelvic ultrasonography, and computed tomography (CT) scan.
• Surgical staging laparotomy with hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy was performed.
• Histopathological analysis of the ovarian mass confirmed it to be a right ovarian fibroma.
