Accidental ingestion of homemade vape juice led to a fatal case of toxic alcohol poisoning. This incident highlights the dangers of unregulated vape products contaminated with methanol and propylene glycol.

- The medical examiner ruled the cause of death as methanol and propylene glycol toxicity.
