The FIB-4 score accurately detects advanced liver fibrosis in obese patients undergoing bariatric surgery. Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) markers NLFS and NI-NASH-DS show moderate accuracy for steatosis and NASH, respectively.
