[Supplementary procedures in embedding tissues in paraffin]

Recommendations for paraffin homogenization which should preferentially be performed in a thermostat at 85-90 degrees C, and the methods of preparations of a protein-glycerol mixture are given. A simple set for a regulated heating of water used for paraffin section reexpansion is described.
