Diagnostic Accuracy of SPECT for Mild Traumatic Brain Injury: A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis.

Brain perfusion SPECT shows hypoperfusion in mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) patients, particularly in the frontal and temporal lobes. However, its diagnostic value for mTBI remains uncertain due to nonspecific findings and limited evidence.
