[Immunoautoradiographic detection of viral antigens in infected cells]

A simple and highly specific method for detection of virus antigens in infected cells is described. It involves the following stages: cell fixation by acetone, treatment by specific immune serum, and detection of the immune complex by 125I-protein of S. aureus followed by autoradiography.
