Is Routine Pathology Evaluation of Tissue Removed for Fertility Preservation Necessary?

Routine pathology biopsies of gonadal tissue for fertility preservation (FP) identified malignancy in a small percentage of ovarian tissue cryopreservation (OTC) and testicular tissue cryopreservation (TTC) cases, informing storage decisions.
