Summary

Genetic testing revealed titin gene truncating variants (TTNtv) as the cause of dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) in a patient with refractory ventricular tachycardias (VTs). This case suggests a link between titin cardiomyopathy and difficult-to-treat VTs, potentially originating from the epicardium.
