Summary
This study presents a novel, minimally invasive treatment for epidermoid cysts (E.C.s) using intralesional hydrolytic enzymes. The technique successfully resolved a cheek E.C. with no recurrence over a 4-year follow-up.

- This minimally invasive technique may reduce surgical risks and recovery time.
- Further controlled studies are needed to validate efficacy and safety.
