Abstract:
The purpose of the study is to identify the features of the emotional component of professional deformation (burnout) of healthcare workers in the post-covid period. A survey was conducted of 658 healthcare workers with characteristics of the emotional component of professional deformation (burnout) in the post-covid period. Questionnaires of emotional burnout and self-assessment of emotional states were used. Mathematical and statistical processing included the K. Pearson correlation criterion and the Chaddock-Snedecor scale.
