Lifestyle Intervention Improves Parasympathetic Activity in Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy

This study shows that a lifestyle intervention combining physical activity and dietary nitrate supplementation improved heart rate variability and lowered blood pressure in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy patients.
