A deep dive into monogenic lupus: insights on DNASE1L3 mutation

Monogenic lupus caused by DNASE1L3 mutations presents early and aggressively, often with hypocomplementemic urticarial vasculitis symptoms. This DNASE1L3-deficient lupus is challenging to treat and requires further research into targeted therapies.
