Summary

Hereditary retinoblastoma (RB) affects 45% of children diagnosed with RB, increasing lifetime risks for intraocular and subsequent malignant neoplasms (SMN). This report updates strategies for identifying hereditary RB and managing surveillance for both ocular and non-ocular tumors.
