Abstract:
Two new isodaucene sesquiterpenes ainslials A-B (1-2), one new caryophyllene sesquiterpene ainslial C (3), along with four known compounds (4-7) were isolated from the whole herb of Ainsliaea fragrans. The structures of new compounds were determined by NMR, HR-ESI-MS, UV, IR, OR data, and the comparison of experimental and calculated ECD spectra. All compounds (1-7) were tested for cytotoxic activities against four cancer cell lines (HepG2, A549, MDA-MB-321, and HCT-116), but the effect was not significant.
