Focal 68 Ga-FAPI-04 Uptake in Endometriosis at the Rectouterine Pouch

Gallium-68 (68Ga) fibroblast activation protein (FAPI) PET/CT scans can detect endometriosis, a benign inflammatory condition. This imaging technique initially mimicked peritoneal metastasis from gastric cancer in a young woman, but pathology confirmed endometriosis.
