From Widespread Cutaneous to Systemic Nodal Involvement: Serial FDG PET/CT Findings in Follicular Lymphoma

Serial whole-body PET/CT imaging is crucial for detecting atypical follicular lymphoma (FL) progression after treatment. This case shows how post-therapy scans reveal systemic disease despite initial skin improvement.
