Nestin as a Marker Beyond Angiogenesis-Expression Pattern in Haemangiomas and Lymphangiomas

Nestin is specifically expressed in blood vessel endothelium, not lymphatic endothelium, in haemangiomas and lymphangiomas. This differential expression suggests nestin can distinguish between blood and lymphatic vessels.
