Policy Initiatives and Effectiveness: Maldivian Nurses' Career Advancement and Remuneration

The Maldives nursing workforce policy improved professional recognition and pay, but gaps remain in career advancement and pay structure congruence. Further policy refinement is needed for optimal effectiveness.
