Dose Response of Incidental Physical Activity Against Cardiovascular Events and Mortality

Incidental physical activity (IPA), including vigorous (VIPA) and moderate (MIPA) intensities, significantly lowers cardiovascular risk and mortality. Even small amounts of VIPA or MIPA offer substantial health benefits, especially for those not engaging in structured exercise.
