Endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS) guided mediastinal cryobiopsy offers larger tissue samples for better diagnosis. This novel technique, when performed via the trans-esophageal route (EUS-B-guided cryobiopsy), provides a safe alternative for patients intolerant to bronchoscopic procedures.
