Advanced female urethral adenocarcinoma: A case report

Female urethral adenocarcinoma is rare. This case highlights a prostate-specific antigen (PSA) negative adenocarcinoma in a 58-year-old woman, treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy and anterior exenteration.
