Impact of Telehealth in Diabetes Care: A Pragmatic Study

Abstract:
This paper presents a pragmatic single center study at a large-scale tertiary hospital. The initial results include 1292 participants already included in a remote monitoring telehealth pathway and show a decreasing trend, however, only 243 patients have been enrolled for more than 2.5 years and additional data is needed to ensure statistical significance.
