Fully Closed-Loop Improves Glycemic Control Compared with Pump with CGM in Adolescents with Type 1 Diabetes and HbA1c

Fully closed-loop (FCL) insulin delivery improved glucose control in adolescents with type 1 diabetes (T1D) who had above-target HbA1c. This advanced system enhanced time in range without increasing severe hypoglycemia risk.
