Abstract:
Reported herein is an improved HPLC-based automated (HPLC-A) synthesizer capable of temperature-controlled synthesis and purification of carbohydrates. The developed platform allows to perform various protecting group manipulations, synthesis of glycosyl acceptors, as well as introduction of the trichloroacetimidate leaving group. A fully automated synthesis and purification was showcased in application to different monosaccharides.
