This study developed a highly sensitive fluorescence biosensor based on an Endo IV-fluorescent probe cascade amplification system, achieving a three-tier signal amplification. The detection limit is 9.6 × 10-5 U μL-1, with a linear range of 0-0.3 U μL-1. This technology offers excellent sensitivity, simplicity, and low cost, providing a powerful tool for the clinical diagnosis of acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
