High Radiological Worsening in Patients with Vertebral Fragility Fractures and the Associated Factors

Radiological worsening (RW) occurred in about one-third of patients with fragility vertebral fractures (FVF). More numerous and severe baseline FVF significantly increase the risk of RW, particularly FVF progression.

- Early identification of high-risk patients can inform targeted interventions.
