Summary

Pelvic floor muscle exercises combined with 360° expanded diaphragm exercises improved urinary symptoms and pelvic floor muscle function in women with stress urinary incontinence. This approach specifically enhanced precontraction ability, potentially increasing exercise effectiveness.
