[Experimental induction of skin manifestations in hydroa vacciniforme]

In a 34-year-old patient who had been suffering from hydroa vacciniforme since he was 4 years old, typical skin lesions were induced on his arm, back and in the oral mucosa by means of repeated UV-A exposure. His eyes were found to have intracorneal scars.
