Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) show promise as a first-line treatment for rare histiocytic neoplasms like histiocytic sarcoma (HS) and interdigitating dendritic cell sarcoma (IDCS). High PD-L1 expression may predict a strong response to these novel therapies.
