How to Deal with Bladder Stones Associated with Exposed Intravesical Mesh

Transvaginal mesh (TVM) exposure in the bladder can cause stones. Laparoscopic resection is recommended over transurethral resection due to lower recurrence rates for bladder stone management.

- Transurethral resection may be considered as an initial option, but recurrence risk must be carefully discussed with patients.
