Summary

Intraoperative monitoring during cerebellopontine angle tumor removal uses anatomical mapping and direct stimulation-compound muscle action potentials (Ds-CMAP), motor-evoked potentials (MEP), and electromyography (EMG) to preserve cranial nerve function and predict outcomes.
