Summary

Arterial spin labeling (ASL) shows promise as a non-invasive prognostic biomarker for traumatic brain injury (TBI). ASL-derived measures of cerebral blood flow (CBF) and arterial transit time (ATT) can predict neurocognitive and affective outcomes in TBI patients.
