Tracking applications are widely used in the Philippines not only for navigation but also for monitoring the locations of family members. In today's fast-paced world, these apps have become an essential part of daily life. Among them, Life360 stands out as one of the most trusted family safety service apps in the country. This study aims to provide insights into improving the adoption of Life360 in the Philippines by utilizing the extended Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). A total of 618 Gen Z participants voluntarily completed an online survey, and the data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings indicate that perceived reliability has the greatest impact on perceived ease of use, which subsequently influences perceived usefulness and usage intention for the Life360 app. The significance of this study lies in its potential to offer valuable insights into the factors affecting the usability and adoption of Life360. By understanding how perceived reliability shapes ease of use and usefulness, developers and stakeholders can identify key areas to improve, ultimately enhancing the user experience and increasing adoption rates.
