Serum Endocan Levels Correlate with Metabolic Syndrome Severity and Endothelial Dysfunction: A Cross-Sectional Study

Serum endocan levels are elevated in metabolic syndrome (MetS) and correlate with its severity. This endothelial biomarker shows high accuracy in diagnosing MetS, suggesting its role in endothelial dysfunction.
