Proinflammatory Effect of Mesenchymal Stem Cells From Patients With Multiple Sclerosis: Potential Modulation Targets.

Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) from multiple sclerosis (MS) patients promote T-cell inflammation, unlike those from healthy controls. Blocking ADAM28 and osteopontin or increasing IL-10 may reduce MS MSCs' pro-inflammatory effects.
