Summary

High-dose intravitreal aflibercept injections effectively treated recalcitrant bilateral peripapillary pachychoroid syndrome (PPS). This therapy led to significant fluid resolution, reduced choroidal thickness, and improved vision in a patient with persistent macular edema.
