Abstract:
Wegener's granulomatosis (WG) could be a lethal disease if not diagnosed and managed timely. Oral involvement is rare and often presents as gingival hyperplasia with a traditional "strawberry gingivitis" appearance. Dental practitioners may be the first ones to encounter WG and may be able to prevent disease progression like the present case by knowing the signs of the disease, early diagnosis, and management.
